Throughout their 42 years of marriage, the careers of both Diane and her husband have required several moves around the country, which allows her to appreciate the importance of a home selection.

Diane learned that a real estate agent is the key factor in the entire process. With their three children grown, they made Vero Beach their permanent base in 2012, drawn to the Treasure Coast by those same qualities that have attracted you.

Buying and selling a home are two of the biggest decisions one makes, and Diane considers it her role to facilitate optimum results.

As an agent, her efforts do not end with a timely and smooth closing. In her personal moves, Diane would have greatly appreciated guidance with local resources, i.e., repairs, cleaning, selling, or donating furniture. That is what she brings to her clients.

As a real estate agent, Diane brought the same work ethic that carried her through a career largely focused within school system administration where her skills in upper-level positions assisted CFOs, attorneys, engineers, and principals. Her work required ethics, compliance, organization, and a firm grasp of budgeting and finance.

Diane’s dedication and loyalty to every project over the years ensured successful outcomes; traits you will recognize as she applies her experience and knowledge in helping you buy or sell your home.

Colleen Brennan

Colleen was raised in Florida, and has worked in the residential development industry for over 30 years. Her strong business background elevates every transaction to a professional level where both the process and bottom line are paramount. You will also find she excels in the art of diplomacy and negotiation.

She has built, bought, and sold homes above the $2 million mark, in the mid-range, and anywhere in between to include seaside dwellings, active community properties, deep water, lakefront, and family compounds on acreage.

Another area where her experience is invaluable is helping those who are entering the stage of life where downsizing and eliminating furniture and belongings becomes necessary. This requires a gentle hand and much compassion.

Colleen's strategy is simple: resolve issues before they occur. This is why she enjoys great success in the business world. She gets the deal across the finish line with the least amount of stress for everyone involved by keeping an eye on the details, the deadlines, and the best interests of her clients.

Expert with restoring and renovating properties, she can show you available options or properly market your finished product in that arena as well. Colleen now resides on a 10-acre estate in southwest county and is knowledgeable about vacant land pricing, land development costs, and availability. Having been a lifelong boater, she can also guide you on the sale or purchase of a deep water residence where your boat lives behind your home. In short, there’s not much she hasn’t dealt with when it comes to property.

When time permits, she is very active with local non-profits such as Impact 100, Harbor Branch Oceanographic, the performing arts, and cancer support organizations. Through this she enjoys a rewarding and broad base of relationships.

Colleen welcomes the opportunity to develop a relationship with you as well, one in which all your real estate goals are achieved.
